With a background in economics, Hana has more than 11 years of diversified experience in the financial economy, Banking, and Digital sector. She worked as a senior officer in the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo. She holds BSc in Economics, Statistics and Public Policy, Rochester Institute of Technology, and Master's Degree in Financial Economics, Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.
